Why we built ShiftServer
Most scheduling tools are built for HR teams in office buildings. They're expensive, complicated, and built for the wrong people. Hourly managers in restaurants and retail have completely different needs.
ShiftServer is built to solve the real problem: managers spending hours a week on scheduling instead of running their business. We wanted a tool that's fast to learn, simple to use, and built for the floor — not the boardroom.
